It has only taken seven years, hundreds of interviews with the world's greatest sports stars and thousands upon thousands of hours of slog in libraries - but I'm thrilled that Z-Day is now just two days away.

From Usain Bolt to Novak Djokovic, Lewis Hamilton to Jessica Ennis-Hill, Michael Phelps to Cathy Freeman, Nadia Comaneci to Michael Johnson, Felix Baumgartner to Tony Hawk, Tatyana McFadden to Alex Zanardi, Richie McCaw to Steve Redgrave, it has been a privilege to hunt down sport's greatest legends.

The aim was simple: to explore the power of the sporting mind and find out how we can all use it to gain the courage and belief to live the dream in any field. I can't wait to show you the fruits of all that labour because it's time for everyone to get In The Zone...
